Summary: Very disappointed with the experience. Key cards didn’t work and had to be reprogrammed 3 different times in a 24 hour period. 1/4 roll of toilet paper with no spares upon check in. This resort was once a treasure, not anymore. Inside and out it needs so much upgrading. Sad!

Summary: Breakfast was very disappointing. No milk for the cereal, no hot water for oatmeal, no cream cheese for the bagels and the coffee tasted like motor oil. The staff was very friendly. Our room was clean, with the exception of a dirty spread on one of the beds. The air conditioner sounded like an airplane taking off. When I tried to adjust the temp up slightly, it blew hot air! There are ice machines in only 3 buildings and the on closest to us didn't have any ice in it. Our in room fridge froze Our items. Basically we won't be staying there again.

Summary: Staff was wonderful, we had added a second day on week before, checked in was told 280 plus tax original payment was 338.50 plus another 50 had to ask about couple times then we got the 38.50 back our room was on the 3rd floor both of us handicapped had to get off at 2nd floor walk up flight steps room at the end of the hall. Room was really nice except for the room had a kid size toilet like really, breakfast buffet not good only 2 people working ran out of food or was cold and coffee tasted burnt!

Summary: Some rooms and areas truly need a revamp. The pool ceiling was falling apart and missing tiles. The building we stayed in could also use a revamp to the bathroom and hallway carpet and door. The front staff who checked us in was super nice and friendly. 2nd time I've stayed with them and I would still go back again. Beautiful views of the golf course.

Summary: The place was good, I wouldn’t say excellent, but better than the last hotel I stayed at. The curtain rod was hanging on one side like it was about to fall. Breakfast was ok. Not as great as I was expecting. But it was hot so better than a lot of hotels. Bed wasn’t comfortable. Heard some other customers saying the beds hurt them also. It’s a good place.

Summary: the pool was not available in the morning, there was a issue with the hot tub, and chemicals, the guest room need better vacuuming, found lots of hair, and dirt on floor. the dining room had a sign that said wait to be seated and the one person working ignored us for 10 mins cleaning tables until I finally went and sat myself with my grand children. who were being very inpatient. i understand they are between seasons. the lack of care and attention was evident in the staff working. my reservation had to be input when I arrived, and they did not have the correct rate in the system. she decided to give me a AAA discount to bring the rate down.
